This policy applies to appointments booked on our platform for consultations with Aura Homeopathy in India, European countries, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be considered in the following situations:
– Cancellation by the Patient: If a patient cancels an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled Date, a full refund will be issued.
– Doctor Cancellation: In the rare event that a doctor cancels a confirmed appointment, a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, the patient must contact our customer support team at aurahomeopathy@gmail.com within 72 hours of the appointment time. The request must include the appointment details and the reason for the refund. Our team will review the request and, if eligible, initiate the refund process.

4. Non-Refundable Situations:

– No-Show: Refunds will not be issued if a patient fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation.
– Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date are not eligible for a refund.
– Incomplete Consultations: Refunds will not be issued for consultations that are terminated early due to patient unavailability or technical issues on the patient’s end.

5. Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Appointment Rescheduling:

Patients are encouraged to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduling can be done through our platform or by contacting customer support.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
